The TITAN USA TC19120 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to Letter T (0.3580 inches) with a 118-degree split point and a bright, uncoated finish. Designed for general-purpose drilling, it delivers clean entry and consistent hole geometry in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and similar materials. The regular spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the straight cylindrical shank seats securely in standard drill chucks. With an overall length of 4.25 inches and a flute length of 2.75 inches, this bit covers the typical depth range required in production and maintenance drilling environments. Machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and maintenance professionals working with non-ferrous stock will find this a dependable everyday tool.
The TC19120 is suited for drilling aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous workpieces in both shop and field settings. The Series TC19 designation places it within TITAN USA's general-purpose solid carbide jobber line. Its 8xD flute-to-diameter ratio and 2.75-inch maximum drilling depth make it appropriate for through-holes and moderate-depth blind holes in production drilling fixtures, drill presses, and CNC machining centers running appropriate feeds and speeds for carbide tooling.
Designed as a general-purpose solid carbide jobber drill for use in drill presses, machining centers, and hand-held drilling equipment accepting a 0.3580-inch straight shank. Primary workpiece material compatibility includes aluminum and non-ferrous metals per manufacturer classification codes P, M, K, N, and S.
Installation and use of carbide drill bits should be performed by qualified machinists or maintenance technicians familiar with speeds and feeds appropriate to solid carbide tooling. Secure the shank fully in the chuck or toolholder before operation and verify runout is within acceptable limits, as carbide is brittle and sensitive to lateral loading. Coolant-through is not supported on this bit; apply cutting fluid externally as required by the workpiece material. Inspect the cutting edges before each use and replace the bit at the first sign of chipping or edge breakdown.
