The TITAN USA TC19107 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to Letter G (0.2610 inches decimal equivalent) with a 118-degree split-point tip. Solid carbide construction provides significantly greater hardness and heat resistance than high-speed steel, making this bit well suited for demanding drilling operations where accuracy and tool life matter. The bright, uncoated finish keeps the cutting edge sharp out of the box without the risk of coating delamination on abrasive materials. With an overall length of 3.5 inches and a 2-1/8-inch flute length, this is a standard jobber geometry designed for general-purpose through-hole and blind-hole drilling by machinists, toolmakers, and metalworking tradespeople.
This drill bit is rated for aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and other materials falling under ISO material group codes P, M, K, N, and S. It fits common drilling applications on lathes, drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools where a straight cylindrical shank is accepted. The regular spiral flute and right-hand cutting direction make it a standard replacement or stock bit for shops running general-purpose drilling operations on non-ferrous stock. Maximum drilling depth matches the flute length at 2-1/8 inches.
Designed as a general-purpose solid carbide jobber drill for use in drill presses, lathes, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools equipped with a standard drill chuck or collet accepting a straight cylindrical shank. Primary workpiece materials include aluminum and non-ferrous metals per ISO codes P, M, K, N, and S.
Solid carbide drill bits are brittle compared to HSS and should be handled carefully to avoid edge chipping during setup. Secure the workpiece firmly before drilling and confirm the spindle and chuck are running true to minimize runout, which can cause premature breakage in carbide tooling. Ensure spindle speed and feed rate are appropriate for the workpiece material and bit diameter before beginning the cut. No coolant-through capability is present on this bit; use external flood coolant or cutting fluid where required by the application.
