The TITAN USA TC19029 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for precision drilling in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and similar materials. Ground to a 118-degree split point, it starts on contact without a center punch and resists walking on curved or uneven surfaces. The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating compatibility is a concern or where maximum sharpness off the grind is preferred. At 4.75 inches overall length with a 3-inch flute, this bit fits standard drill chucks with a straight cylindrical shank measuring 29/64 inch in diameter. It is part of the TC19 series and is suited for general-purpose drilling work performed by machinists, maintenance technicians, and fabrication professionals.
This drill bit is used in drilling operations on aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous workpiece materials. The 7xD flute-to-diameter ratio provides adequate chip evacuation for moderate-depth holes without coolant-through capability. It is a general-purpose tool appropriate for job shop environments, production drilling, and field maintenance applications where a reliable solid carbide jobber drill is required. The right-hand spiral flute geometry supports standard clockwise spindle rotation on drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools.
Designed as a general-purpose solid carbide jobber drill for use in drill presses, CNC machining centers, and power drills with chucks sized to accept a 29/64 inch straight shank. Intended for drilling aluminum and non-ferrous workpiece materials per TC19 series specifications.
Installation and use of this drill bit should be performed by machinists or qualified technicians familiar with cutting tool safety. Secure the shank fully in the chuck and verify runout before drilling. Power down and de-energize the machine before changing tooling. Do not exceed the recommended maximum drilling depth of 3 inches and ensure workpiece is properly clamped to prevent movement during cutting.
