The TITAN USA TC19015 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized at 15/64 inch (0.2344 inch decimal) with a 118-degree split point and a bright, uncoated finish. Built for general-purpose drilling, it runs with a right-hand spiral flute and a straight cylindrical shank, making it compatible with standard drill chucks. At 3.25 inches overall length with a 2-inch flute, it delivers a 9xD depth-to-diameter ratio well suited to production and maintenance drilling in metal fabrication, aerospace, and general mechanical work. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and millwright tradespeople reach for carbide-body bits when drilling through hard or abrasive materials where high-speed steel wears too quickly.
This bit is designed for drilling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium — workpiece material codes P, M, K, N, and S. It is a practical choice for field service and shop use wherever a 15/64-inch hole is needed in challenging substrate materials. The two-flute spiral configuration promotes chip evacuation in through-hole and blind-hole applications. Coolant-through capability is not included, so flood or mist coolant applied externally is appropriate when drilling deep holes in heat-generating materials.

Apply appropriate cutting fluid or coolant externally when drilling stainless steel, superalloys, or titanium to manage heat buildup. Inspect the cutting edges for chipping before each use, as solid carbide is brittle and susceptible to damage from side loading or impact.
