The TITAN USA TC10910 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 0.1563 inch (5/32 inch) cutting diameter and four flutes ground from micrograin carbide stock, this tool delivers sharp, repeatable cuts at tight tolerances. An AlTiN coating adds heat resistance and surface hardness, extending tool life in high-speed dry or near-dry machining environments. The 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation along the upcut flute geometry, reducing recutting and heat buildup at the cutting edge. This end mill is a single-end, centercutting tool suited to slotting, profiling, and plunge operations in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
This tool fits applications where small-diameter precision cutting is required, including die and mold work, aerospace component machining, and general metalworking. The 0.1875 inch (3/16 inch) shank diameter accommodates standard ER collet chucks and precision milling holders common in CNC setups. With a 0.3125 inch length of cut and a 2 inch overall length, it is well suited to shallow-to-moderate depth passes in hardened or abrasive materials where the AlTiN coating provides the most benefit. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation follow standard convention for the majority of CNC machining center spindles.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide square end mill for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting a 0.1875 inch shank diameter via ER collet or equivalent precision toolholding systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator following the toolholder manufacturer torque and runout specifications. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in an e-stop or lockout state before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully in the collet to the minimum insertion depth recommended by the toolholder manufacturer to avoid deflection and premature tool failure. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and coating type.
