The TITAN USA TC10905 is a 4-flute square end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) for extended tool life in demanding cutting applications. The cutter measures 0.0781 inches (5/64 inch) in diameter with a 0.125-inch length of cut, a 0.125-inch shank diameter, and a 1.5-inch overall length. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the upcut flute geometry directs chips away from the workpiece. This tool is intended for machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production environments, or toolroom applications where tight tolerances and small-diameter profiling are required.

The TC10905 is suited for milling slots, profiles, and contours in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a small-diameter, short-reach end mill is appropriate. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral milling. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with standard spindle rotation on vertical machining centers and CNC routers.
