The TITAN USA TC10504 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. With a 1/16 inch (0.0625 inch) cutting diameter and four flutes, it produces clean, flat-bottomed cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 30-degree right-hand helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The micrograin carbide construction delivers hardness and wear resistance suited to high-speed CNC and manual milling operations. This tool is typically installed and operated by machinists, tool-and-die makers, and CNC programmers working with small-feature, tight-tolerance geometry.
This end mill is well suited to slotting, profiling, and finishing passes where a small-diameter tool is required. The 1/4 inch length of cut and 1/8 inch shank diameter make it appropriate for light-duty material removal in confined pockets and narrow slots. The bright, uncoated finish allows use across a broad range of workpiece materials without coating-compatibility concerns. It is a single-end, right-hand cut tool with an upcut flute geometry.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard tooling selection for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting a 1/8 inch shank diameter collet or tool holder.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Ensure the spindle is fully powered down and the machine is locked out before changing tooling. Seat the 1/8 inch shank fully and concentrically in the collet or chuck to minimize runout. Verify spindle speed and feed rate are set per the material being cut before engaging the tool.
