The TITAN USA TC10032 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in ferrous and high-performance alloy applications. With a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, 1 inch length of cut, and a 30-degree helix angle, this single-end tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and clean edge geometry on demanding workpiece materials. The micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance required for consistent performance in production and job-shop environments. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working with vertical or horizontal milling machines.
This end mill is suited for milling operations in steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys. The 2-flute configuration supports aggressive material removal and is well matched to slot milling, profiling, and peripheral cuts where chip clearance is a priority. The bright, uncoated finish makes it a general-purpose option when specialty coatings are not required by the application. It is a standard fractional-inch shank tool fitting common ER and CAT toolholding systems used in production machining environments.
Designed as a general-purpose fractional-inch square end mill for use in standard milling machine and CNC machining center toolholding systems accepting a 0.5 inch shank. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys.
Install in a clean, properly sized collet or end mill holder and torque the retention mechanism per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before initiating the cut, as excessive runout accelerates edge wear and reduces surface finish quality. Set appropriate feeds and speeds for the workpiece material grade before engaging the cut. Never exceed the rated length of cut of 1 inch when side milling to avoid deflection and tool breakage.
