The TITAN USA TB19601 is a carbide rotary burr with a ball nose tree head geometry, designed for high-speed material removal on non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and plastics. Conforming to industry specification SF-1NF, it features an Aluma Cut tooth style engineered to resist loading and clogging when cutting soft materials. The cutting diameter is 0.25 inches, the length of cut is 0.75 inches, and the overall length is 2 inches. The 1/4-inch shank fits standard die grinders, air tools, and rotary tool chucks used daily by machinists, fabricators, and industrial tradespeople. The uncoated carbide head delivers consistent edge life across repeated use on aluminum castings, plastic components, and non-ferrous alloys.
This burr is suited for deburring, porting, shaping, and finishing operations on aluminum weldments, cast aluminum housings, plastic enclosures, and similar non-ferrous workpieces. The Aluma Cut geometry produces a shearing action that reduces heat buildup and chip packing, making it appropriate for extended use in production and repair environments. Rated to 70,000 RPM, it performs well in high-speed pneumatic die grinders and flexible-shaft tools commonly found in HVAC fabrication shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities.
Designed for use on non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and plastics. Fits any die grinder or rotary tool accepting a 1/4-inch shank. Conforms to industry specification SF-1NF.
Install in a die grinder or rotary tool with a 1/4-inch collet, ensuring the collet is tight and the shank is fully seated before operation. Disconnect the tool from the air supply or power source before changing burrs. Do not exceed the 70,000 RPM rating stamped on the burr or stated by the tool manufacturer. Wear ANSI-rated eye protection and appropriate gloves when operating rotary burrs.
