The TITAN USA MS99026 is a 29-piece jobber length drill bit set covering fractional inch sizes from 1/16 inch (0.0625 inches) through 1/2 inch (0.5 inches). Each bit is ground from high speed steel (HSS) and finished with a black oxide coating that reduces friction and provides light corrosion resistance during cutting. The 118-degree split-point angle suits general-purpose drilling in steel, cast iron, aluminum, wood, and plastics. Bits feature a straight shank for use in standard three-jaw chucks. The set ships in a metal storage case that organizes all 29 sizes and keeps them indexed for fast retrieval on the job. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and general contractors will find this set useful for daily rough-in and service work.
This set is suited for residential and light commercial trade work where a full fractional inch range is needed in a single kit. Typical applications include drilling pilot holes, clearance holes, and anchor holes through sheet metal, framing lumber, copper tubing straps, electrical boxes, and similar substrates. The 29-piece fractional inch progression moves in standard increments — 1/16, 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16, 13/64, 7/32, 15/64, 1/4, 17/64, 9/32, 19/64, 5/16, 21/64, 11/32, 23/64, 3/8, 25/64, 13/32, 27/64, 7/16, 29/64, 15/32, 31/64, and 1/2 inch — giving the installer coverage across the full common range without switching sets.
Designed for use in any standard three-jaw chuck accepting straight shank bits. Compatible with corded and cordless drills, drill presses, and hand braces used in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction trades.
Drill bit sets should be installed and used by qualified tradespeople familiar with proper drilling techniques and tool safety. Always secure the workpiece before drilling and wear appropriate eye protection. Match bit size to the application — do not force oversized bits or use damaged bits, as they can fracture under load. When drilling metal, use a cutting fluid or lubricant to extend bit life and improve cut quality.
