The TITAN USA CS35010 is a combo drill countersink designed to drill and countersink in a single pass, eliminating the need to swap tools mid-operation. Built from high-speed steel with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating, it handles ferrous and non-ferrous materials while resisting heat buildup at higher spindle speeds. The tool carries a trade size of 0 with a 0.125 inch body diameter, a 118-degree drill point angle, and a 60-degree included angle on the countersink. Overall length is 1.25 inches. The right-hand cut and plain cutting edge make it a straightforward fit for standard drill press and hand-drill setups used in light fabrication, HVAC sheet metal, and general trade work.
This combo drill countersink is suited for applications where a pilot hole and countersink must be cut in one operation — common in sheet metal work, electrical panel fabrication, and plumbing bracket assembly. The small body diameter targets thin-gauge material and tight-clearance work. The double-end design extends tool life by offering two usable cutting ends before replacement is needed. Technicians working on HVAC equipment enclosures, junction box mounting, and similar light-metal tasks will find the size 0 profile useful for fastener prep work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard trade consumable for use with any right-hand-rotation drill press or portable drill accepting shanks appropriate for 0.125 inch body diameter tooling.
Installation is performed by a machinist, sheet metal technician, or trade professional using a drill press or hand drill with appropriate chuck capacity. Secure the workpiece firmly before drilling to prevent grab or deflection at the small body diameter. Use cutting fluid or lubricant when drilling ferrous materials to preserve the AlTiN coating and extend tool life. Inspect the cutting edges before each use — discard the tool if chipping or excessive wear is observed on both ends.
