The TITAN USA CD44508 is a jobber-length twist drill bit designed for general-purpose drilling in metal and hard materials. The 135-degree split point reduces walking at the start of a hole and requires less feed pressure than a standard 118-degree point. The bit measures 1/8 inch (0.1250 inch) in diameter with a 2-3/4 inch overall length and a 1-5/8 inch flute length. A straight-cylindrical shank seats securely in standard three-jaw chucks on hand drills, drill presses, and CNC spindles. Two spiral flutes clear chips efficiently throughout the cut.
