With a 27/64 inch (0.4219 inch decimal) diameter and a 135-degree split point, this bit cuts aggressively into hard and abrasive materials while reducing walking at startup. The spiral flute design clears chips efficiently throughout the cut. At 3-3/8 inches overall length, it is purpose-built for screw machine and close-quarter drilling where a standard jobber-length bit is too long.
