The THOMAS BETTS RBD14-182 is a fully insulated female wire disconnect terminal designed for reliable quick-connect and quick-disconnect wiring applications. The connector accepts 16 to 14 AWG wire and features a 0.187 inch (3/16 inch) tab width, making it compatible with standard male disconnect tabs found throughout electrical, HVAC control wiring, and appliance wiring installations. The blue nylon insulation sleeve indicates the 16-14 AWG wire range per industry color-coding convention and provides full insulation coverage over the barrel and tab entry point. This terminal meets CSA, UL 94 V-2, and UL Listed requirements and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for installations where certification documentation is required.

Do not solder over a crimped nylon-insulated terminal, as heat can degrade the insulation sleeve.
