The THOMAS BETTS FS12-TB is a two-gang rectangular electrical device box constructed from zinc-plated iron for durable, long-lasting performance in standard indoor wiring installations. Measuring 2-3/4 inches overall width and 2 inches overall depth, it provides the interior volume needed to house two devices side by side. The gray zinc-plated finish resists corrosion under normal dry-location conditions. A single 1/2-inch knockout accommodates standard conduit or connector entry. This box is installed by licensed electricians during new construction, renovation, or outlet and switch replacement work where a two-gang configuration is required.

This device box is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a non-weather-resistant, flush-mounted two-gang box is appropriate. It is compatible with standard two-gang cover plates and device straps. The iron body offers rigidity in metal-framing and concrete-wall installations where plastic boxes are not permitted or preferred. It accepts standard 1/2-inch trade-size conduit fittings at the knockout location.
