The THOMAS BETTS EYS21-TB is a threaded conduit sealing fitting designed for use in hazardous locations where conduit systems must be sealed against the passage of gases, vapors, or flames. Constructed from iron, this fitting accepts 3/4 inch trade size rigid metal conduit (RMC) and intermediate metal conduit (IMC) via a standard threaded connection. It is non-insulated and intended for installation by licensed electricians working on industrial, commercial, or petrochemical facilities where NEC Article 501 sealing requirements apply. The sealing compound is field-installed after the fitting is secured in line.

This fitting is used in Class I hazardous location wiring systems where conduit seals are required at enclosure entries, division boundaries, and other code-mandated sealing points.
