The THOMAS BETTS 15110-100 is a flexible liquidtight conduit constructed from polyvinylchloride (PVC) and rated for wet and damp location wiring applications. At 1-1/2 inch trade size, it features a 1.58-inch inside diameter and a 1.882-inch outside diameter, making it compatible with standard liquidtight fittings of the same trade size. The conduit is black in color and supplied in a 100-foot coil, sold in 1-foot cut increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length. Electricians use this type of conduit where a protected, flexible raceway is needed to connect equipment subject to vibration, movement, or moisture exposure.
This conduit is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations. Common applications include final connections to HVAC equipment, motors, compressors, and other machinery where a rigid raceway cannot accommodate movement or misalignment. The PVC construction resists moisture, oils, and mild chemical exposure, making it appropriate for outdoor and wet-rated environments. It is installed where the National Electrical Code (NEC) permits liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit (LFNC) as a wiring method.

Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC Article 356 governing liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit. De-energize all circuits before beginning conduit installation and verify the circuit remains de-energized with a meter before pulling wire. Use the correct trade-size liquidtight fittings at each termination to maintain the liquidtight rating of the assembly. Avoid bending the conduit beyond its minimum bend radius, as kinking can restrict wire pull and compromise the raceway.
