The TESTO 0564 5583 01 is a digital refrigerant manifold designed for HVAC/R technicians who need fast, accurate system analysis in the field. It features a large color touchscreen with clear measurement graphs and can also be operated via physical keys when working with gloves. The manifold supports Class A2L and A3 flammable refrigerants, carries an IP54 ingress protection rating, and uses a hybrid power system that accepts both rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries. A built-in library covers 96 or more refrigerants, with frequently used refrigerants flaggable as favorites for quick access.
This manifold is suited for residential and commercial HVAC/R service work. It handles a wide range of field tasks including superheating and subcooling calculations, tightness testing, Delta T measurement, evacuation monitoring, and system charging. Measurement data can be recorded for up to 30 minutes as trend curves, with an optional extension to 72-hour logging capacity. Data exports and measurement reports are handled through the testo Smart App, allowing on-site documentation without returning to the office. The 4-way valve block and 4-hose charging set are included, along with wireless temperature and vacuum probes.
Designed for use with Class A2L and A3 flammable refrigerants in addition to standard refrigerant types. Supports 96 or more refrigerant profiles and connects with the broader testo refrigeration instrument portfolio via the testo Smart App.
Installation and service using this manifold should be performed by a licensed HVAC/R technician. Always recover refrigerant and isolate system pressure before connecting or disconnecting hoses. Follow applicable safety codes for handling A2L and A3 flammable refrigerants, including proper ventilation and ignition source control. Refer to the equipment manufacturer service documentation for system-specific operating pressures and charge quantities.
