The TELEMECANIQUE 9007MS02S0300 is a heavy-duty, compact, miniature limit switch with full epoxy encapsulation sealing. It is designed for industrial position-sensing applications where exposure to contaminants, moisture, or temporary submersion is a concern. The switch uses a parallel roller plunger actuator with snap-action operation, providing reliable, repeatable switching. Rated at 240 VAC and 10 amps continuous, it also handles 28 VDC at 5 amps. The SPDT contact configuration delivers one normally open and one normally closed output. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this device.
This limit switch is built for difficult service environments including machine tools, earth moving equipment, and general transportation applications. The pre-wired 18 AWG, 9-foot yellow SJTO cable simplifies field installation and reduces wiring time. The die-cast zinc body and NEMA 1, 2, 4, 6, 6P, 12, and 13 enclosure ratings, along with IP67 certification, make it suitable for wash-down and outdoor environments. Its symmetrical design and top mounting holes support gang mounting of multiple switches for multi-stage position detection.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install limit switch for machine tool, earth moving equipment, and general transportation control systems requiring a compact SPDT snap-action device in NEMA 4, 6, or IP67-rated enclosures.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or industrial maintenance technician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and any applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the machine or circuit before mounting or wiring the switch. The pre-wired SJTO cable should be routed and secured to prevent abrasion or pull stress at the cable entry. Verify actuator alignment and operating force are within the switch specifications before returning the machine to service.
