The VR8304H4339 is a heavy duty gas valve designed to fit 3/4 inch, 20 thread gas connections with a upstream pressure of 4 PSI and a downstream pressure of 2.5 PSI. This valve is intended to be used for both residential and light commercial natural gas applications. It utilizes Honeywell's Slow Opening Control (SOC) to control the rate that the valve opens, allowing gas to more easily enter the supply line, reducing the risk of gas leaks and related problems that have been associated with fast-opening control valves.
