The TECHFLEX F6N1.50BK is a braided expandable cable sleeving sold in a 75-foot box. Designed to bundle, protect, and route wire harnesses and cable assemblies, this sleeving fits over conductors and hose runs in HVAC systems, electrical panels, equipment control wiring, and industrial applications. The nominal diameter is 1.5 inches, making it suitable for medium to large conductor bundles. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and panel builders use this product to organize wiring, reduce abrasion, and improve the finished appearance of installations. Each box contains a single 75-foot length sold by the each.
This sleeving is appropriate for residential and commercial applications wherever wire management and cable protection are required. Common install scenarios include routing low-voltage control wiring in HVAC equipment, bundling power leads in electrical enclosures, and protecting hydraulic or pneumatic hose runs in mechanical rooms. The 1.5-inch nominal diameter accommodates bundles that would be too large for standard loom sizes. It is also used in pool and spa equipment installations to keep pump and motor wiring organized and protected from abrasion.
Designed as a general-purpose expandable braided sleeving for wire harness protection and cable management across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool service applications. No specific OEM model compatibility was provided by the manufacturer for this SKU.
This sleeving is installed by electricians, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors as part of wire management work. Power down all circuits before routing or securing wiring inside any electrical enclosure or equipment cabinet. Cut sleeving to length with sharp shears and use heat-shrink end caps or electrical tape to prevent braid fraying at cut ends. Follow NEC requirements for wiring methods when routing conductors in commercial or residential equipment.
