The TB WOODS TB-9S218 is a Sure-Flex sleeve coupling flange designed for industrial power transmission applications. This Size 9 flange hub connects rotating shafts by mating with a flexible sleeve element to dampen shock loads and accommodate minor misalignment. Manufactured from cast iron, it features a round keyed bore of 2.125 inches and a length through bore of 2.406 inches. Maximum rated speed is 3,750 RPM and maximum torque capacity is 2,340 inch-pounds. Licensed HVAC, mechanical, and industrial technicians routinely spec this style of coupling in motor-to-load drive trains.
This flange hub is suited for use in a wide range of industrial and commercial drive applications.
