The flange hub is cast iron, rated to 6,000 RPM, and pairs with a matched sleeve insert to complete the coupling assembly. A 4-way flexing action absorbs shock, vibration, misalignment, and end float. Two set screws are included, positioned one over the keyseat and one at 90 degrees, using a 5/16 inch-18 thread.
