Product Description

The TALON 48704-02 is a Siemens HQ4SSW meter socket for commercial use. It operates at 320A and 600V in a single-phase configuration. The socket features an offset design suitable for underground and overhead wiring. Made from fourteen-gauge galvannealed steel with a polyester powder finish, the NEMA 3R enclosure ensures protection against the environment. A lever bypass system allows for easy meter maintenance. It includes a transparent polycarbonate safety shield and insulating barriers to protect against accidental shorts or shocks. Connection is done via factory-installed lugs or three-eighths-inch studs.
