The Taco 5004-H3 is a low lead mixing valve. It is designed for domestic hot water applications. This mixing valve meets NSF 61 and ASSE 1017 standards. It allows for increased water heater efficiency and safety. Water can be stored at high temperatures, reducing harmful bacteria while remaining safe at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or less.
