The TACO 1619eae30000000 is a close-coupled, in-line circulator pump designed for hydronic heating, cooling, and fluid transfer systems in commercial and industrial applications. The pump features 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connections, a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter, and a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the internal ball bearings from system fluid, reducing heat-related wear. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 degrees F. The unit ships less motor and is designed to accept a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor wired for 230/460V 3-phase power.
This pump is suited for closed-loop hydronic systems in commercial buildings, industrial process piping, and large-scale HVAC applications where in-line installation is required. The standardized cartridge arrangement uses common service components, simplifying scheduled maintenance. The rear pull-out design allows the motor and all rotating components to be removed for service without breaking into the connected piping, making it practical for systems where downtime must be minimized. Licensed mechanical contractors and plumbers are the primary installers for this class of equipment.
Designed to accept a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor configured for 230/460V 3-phase power. Suitable for closed-loop hydronic heating and cooling piping systems requiring a 2-inch in-line pump with a 7.9-inch impeller.
Installation should be performed by a licensed mechanical contractor or journeyman plumber in accordance with applicable local mechanical and plumbing codes. Isolate and depressurize the system and disconnect all electrical power before beginning any work on the pump or motor assembly. The motor must be sourced and mounted separately using the included bracket before the unit is placed in service. Confirm motor nameplate ratings match the available power supply before energizing.
