The SUPER LUBE 54300 is a synthetic gear oil formulated for extreme-pressure lubrication across a wide range of industrial and mechanical drive applications. Rated at ISO viscosity grade 320, it operates across a temperature range of -45 degrees F to 450 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-start conditions and sustained high-heat environments. The base oil is fully synthetic, providing stable viscosity and extended service life compared to mineral-based oils. It carries NSF registration, qualifying it for use in food-processing and food-adjacent facilities where incidental contact with food products is a concern. This product is packaged in a 0.25-gallon bottle.
This gear oil is designed for use in gear boxes, worm gears, spur gears, helical and herringbone gears, and straight and spiral bevel gears. It is also suitable for chain drives, circulating systems, high-temperature chains, oil-lubricated bearings, and electrically-driven submersible pumps. Typical applications span commercial HVAC equipment, food-processing machinery, conveyor systems, and industrial drives where an ISO 320 extreme-pressure lubricant is specified. The food-grade NSF registration makes it a direct fit for regulated processing environments.
Suitable for gear boxes, worm gears, spur gears, helical gears, herringbone gears, straight and spiral bevel gears, chain drives, circulating systems, high-temperature chains, oil-lubricated bearings, and electrically-driven submersible pumps requiring an ISO 320 extreme-pressure synthetic gear oil.
Applied by maintenance technicians and lubrication specialists following equipment manufacturer fill-level specifications. Always de-energize and lock out equipment before opening gear cases or bearing housings for service. Verify that ISO 320 viscosity grade is the correct specification for the equipment before filling. Dispose of used lubricant in accordance with local environmental regulations.
