The SUPER LUBE 54100 is a synthetic gear oil formulated to ISO 150 viscosity grade, designed for extreme-pressure lubrication in a wide range of mechanical drive and bearing applications. Packaged in a 0.25-gallon bottle, it operates across a temperature range of -45 degrees F to 450 degrees F with a flash point of 450 degrees F, making it suitable for both high-temperature chain environments and standard gear box service. The base oil is fully synthetic, and the product carries NSF Registration, qualifying it for use in food-grade facilities where incidental contact may occur. Installation and maintenance technicians across HVAC, industrial, and food processing trades rely on this lubricant for its broad service range.
This gear oil is intended for use in gear boxes, circulating systems, chain drives, oil-lubricated bearings, and submersible pump applications. It is compatible with helical, herringbone, spur, straight and spiral bevel, and worm gear configurations, as well as high-temperature chain and circulating system service. Its food-grade NSF Registration makes it an appropriate choice for production environments with incidental lubricant contact requirements. The 0.25-gallon bottle size suits maintenance kits, service vans, and low-volume application points where bulk containers are impractical.
Designed for use in gear boxes, circulating systems, chain drives, helical, herringbone, spur, straight and spiral bevel, and worm gear assemblies, as well as oil-lubricated bearings, high-temperature chains, and electrically submersible pumps.
Apply this gear oil per the equipment manufacturer's fill and service interval specifications. Shut down and de-energize all rotating equipment before draining, filling, or topping off gear boxes or bearing housings. Use appropriate dispensing equipment to avoid contamination, particularly in food-grade environments where cross-contamination with non-NSF-registered lubricants must be prevented. Dispose of used lubricant in accordance with applicable local environmental regulations.
