The SUMITOMO 2A00W2H is a WDX-series indexable insert drill designed for general-purpose drilling operations in metalworking and machining applications. The body accepts two WDXT-style inserts and delivers a maximum drill depth of 1.868 inches at a 2xD depth-to-diameter ratio. The drill diameter is 7/8 inches (0.8750 inches decimal), and the straight cylindrical shank measures 1 inch in diameter. Coolant-through capability via a 1/4 NPT coolant hole thread supports chip evacuation and tool life in production environments. This drill is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling technicians in job shop and production machining settings.

This indexable drill is suited for drilling operations on machining centers, CNC lathes, and drill presses where a right-hand cutting, straight-shank toolholder is required.
