The bar features a 1 inch shank diameter, a minimum bore diameter of 1-1/8 inches, and a 12 inch overall length. Compatibility

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by qualified machinists. Before mounting or indexing inserts, power down and lock out the machine spindle per shop lockout/tagout procedures. Secure the shank in a properly sized boring bar holder or turret block and verify runout before cutting. Use the correct torque driver for the screw-clamp insert seat — refer to the insert manufacturer torque specification for TPGT 33 screws. Inspect the insert pocket and clamping screw for wear or damage at each index.
