The SUMITOMO 19T6CNB is a CNMG432 carbide turning insert coated with TiAlSiN via PVD process under the Absotech Bronze proprietary coating designation. It carries the AC5025S manufacturer grade within the AC5000S series and is designed for negative rake, negative side clearance applications. The insert features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape, a 0.5000-inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0313-inch corner radius. It is held by screw and is intended for roughing and medium machining operations.
