The SUMITOMO 19RBAVH is a CNMG432EUX AC830P grade coated carbide turning insert designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape with a neutral hand orientation, a 0.5-inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0313-inch corner radius. The AC830P grade uses a CVD coating process and delivers a balance of wear resistance and toughness suited for steel and stainless steel workpieces. The EUX chip breaker geometry is rated for roughing and medium machining applications. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shop or production environments are the primary installers of this insert.
