Carrying the ANSI code 2NUCNGA433 and ISO code 2NU-CNGA120412, this insert features an 80-degree diamond shape, a negative rake angle, and an uncoated BN2000 grade substrate. With a 0.5 inch inscribed circle and a corner radius of 0.0469 inches (3/64 inches), it delivers repeatable edge geometry for tight-tolerance turning operations. The 16JRCTT is engineered for turning hardened steel (workpiece material code H), making it well-suited for finish and semi-finish passes on hardened components such as bearing races, tooling components, and wear-resistant parts. Installation Notes
