The SUMITOMO 16CDBBC is a Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) turning insert designed for precision machining of non-ferrous metals and other materials where high wear resistance is required. Manufactured to the CCMX21.51 ANSI insert standard and ISO code CCMX060204, this insert features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape with a positive rake and positive side clearance geometry.
