The STRUCTO-LITE 163841-040 is a mill-mixed perlite-aggregate gypsum basecoat plaster designed for interior wall and ceiling applications. It arrives dry and requires only the addition of water at the jobsite, typically 3 to 3.75 gallons per 50-pound bag. The perlite aggregate gives this plaster its lightweight profile and enhanced thermal insulation compared to standard gypsum plasters. It is applied as a basecoat scratch or brown coat layer in multi-coat plaster systems. Plasterers and finish masons are the primary trades that handle and install this material.

This plaster is suited for residential and light commercial interior plastering work.
