STI-1210C Stopper Horn Cover Open Box Pull Station

Product Description

The SAFETY TECHNOLOGY INT'L INC STI-1210C is an open-box stopper horn cover designed to protect fire alarm pull stations from accidental or unauthorized activation. The cover mounts directly over a standard pull station and sounds a local alarm when opened, alerting staff or occupants to an unauthorized access attempt before a full system activation occurs. This type of deterrent device is commonly installed by life-safety technicians and fire alarm system contractors as part of a layered false-alarm reduction strategy in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

The STI-1210C is suited for indoor environments where pull station protection is required without disabling the alarm device itself. Typical installation scenarios include schools, hospitals, retail spaces, warehouses, and other occupancies where accidental or malicious pull station activations are a recurring concern. The open-box configuration makes this unit suitable for facilities evaluating the product prior to a larger deployment or replacing a single damaged unit in an existing installation.
