The STERLING HVAC GG060A1NSA110 is a power-vented, gas-fired propeller unit heater rated at 60,000 BTU/h and designed for demanding commercial and residential heating applications. It uses a single-orifice burner system paired with 20-gauge tubular heat exchangers to deliver 82% or better thermal efficiency. Direct spark ignition handles startup reliably without a standing pilot. The 321 stainless steel burner box and 20-gauge jacket panels with a baked enamel finish are built to hold up in harsh environments. Licensed HVAC technicians install and commission this unit in spaces where ceiling-mounted forced-air heat is the preferred solution.
The GG060A1NSA110 is suited for residential garages, warehouses, workshops, agricultural buildings, and light industrial spaces where ceiling height and floor space are limited. The compact, low-profile propeller design keeps the unit out of the way while delivering adequate air movement across the heated space. It ships with an LP gas conversion kit included, making it straightforward to deploy on either natural gas or propane supply lines. For dusty or damp environments, an optional field-installed combustion air inlet kit allows conversion to separated combustion without replacing the unit.
Designed as an OEM-specification GG Series power-vented gas unit heater for residential and light commercial heating installations where natural gas or propane supply is available.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and the appliance manufacturer instructions. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect electrical power before servicing. Venting must comply with applicable fuel-gas codes such as the IFGC and the appliance listing requirements. Low-voltage control wiring connects to the terminal strip inside the easy-access control panel; verify thermostat compatibility and circuit sizing before energizing.
We pulled together the parts most installs need for this unit, plus a few add-ons worth a look. Check what you need — nothing here blocks checkout.
