The STERLCO k-27371-4-bn is a single-handle bathroom sink faucet in a Vibrant Brushed Nickel finish, built on a zinc body with a ceramic disc valve for long-term reliability. Part of the Ludington collection, it delivers a traditional silhouette with industrial-influenced detailing suited to residential bathroom sink installations. Flow rate is 1.2 gallons per minute, keeping it WaterSense compliant and in line with California drought and DOE Energy Policy Act requirements. The lever handle provides smooth single-hand operation, and the push-to-close drain assembly is included, reducing the number of separate components a plumber needs to source before rough-in.
This faucet is intended for deck-mounted single-hole sink installations with a maximum deck thickness of 2 inches. The spout reaches 5 inches and sits at a height of 5-7/16 inches, with an overall spout height of 7-9/16 inches, proportions well-suited to standard residential lavatory basins. Supply lines, an escutcheon, and a handle are included in the box. The 3/8-inch compression connection type is compatible with standard residential supply stop valves commonly found in residential construction and remodel work.
Designed for deck-mounted single-hole bathroom sink installations with a maximum deck thickness of 2 inches and 3/8-inch compression supply line connections. Meets ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 and ICC/ANSI A117.1 standards for use in ADA-compliant residential bathroom applications.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson. Shut off the water supply at the angle stop valves and relieve line pressure before beginning work. Hand-tighten the compression supply connections first, then snug with a wrench — avoid overtightening, which can crack the compression seat. Verify local plumbing code compliance, particularly where California CEC or NSF/ANSI 61/372 lead-content standards apply, before installing in potable water systems.
