The STARRETT 63687 is an internal chamfer gage designed to measure chamfered bores and countersunk features in machined parts. It uses a 3-blade plunger mechanism that contacts the chamfer surface directly, reading included angles from 0 to 90 degrees across a measurement range of 1 to 2 inches. The body and blades are constructed from hardened tool steel with all ground surfaces for dimensional accuracy and long service life. No setting master is required to use this gage, which reduces setup time on the shop floor.
