The STARRETT 59145 is an O1 oil-hardening tool steel flat stock bar used in toolmaking, die making, and precision machining applications. Manufactured to AISI Type O1 material specification, this flat stock measures 1/32 inch thick, 1-1/2 inches wide, and 36 inches long. Thickness tolerance is held to plus or minus 0.001 inches, and squareness is maintained at 0.003 inches per inch on all edges. The tight dimensional tolerances make this stock suitable for applications where accurate sizing is required before heat treatment.
