The STARRETT 54934 is a low carbon steel flat stock bar made to AISI Type C1018 material specification. It measures 3/16 inch thick, 10 inches wide, and 24 inches long and weighs 12.76 pounds. C1018 is a mild, low carbon steel widely used in general fabrication, machining, and structural applications where weldability and machinability matter more than high strength.
