Manufactured from AISI Type O1 tool steel, this flat stock is supplied in the annealed condition, ready for machining, grinding, and subsequent oil-quench hardening by a tool and die maker or machinist. The bar measures 3/32 inch thick, 1-1/2 inches wide, and 36 inches long, with a thickness tolerance of plus or minus 0.001 inch. Weight is 1.46 pounds per bar.
