Built around the Series 711 dial test indicator, it delivers a measuring range of 0.03 inches with dial graduations of 0.0005 inches, making it well-suited for runout checks, surface alignment, and part inspection work. The 0-15-0 bidirectional dial reading supports both positive and negative deflection readouts without resetting. A jeweled lever action and positive reversing switch contribute to consistent, repeatable readings. Licensed machinists, tool and die technicians, and precision mechanics are the primary installers and users of this kit.
This kit is appropriate for use in production machining shops, job shops, and inspection environments where tight tolerances are routinely verified.
