It measures 10 feet 10.5 inches in length and 0.75 inches in width, with a blade thickness of 0.035 inches. The variable pitch tooth pattern runs at 4 to 6 TPI and features a positive rake angle with a raker tooth set, a combination that helps reduce vibration and improve cut quality across a range of material profiles. The high-speed steel tooth tips are welded to a flexible bi-metal back, giving the blade durability under repeated load without the brittleness of an all-hardened blade. Licensed metal fabricators and maintenance machinists are the typical end users.
This blade is suited for production and job-shop environments where both ferrous metals such as structural steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum or copper alloy stock are cut on vertical or horizontal band saws. The variable pitch design helps manage chip load when cutting mixed cross-sections or irregular profiles. The straight tooth form and raker set make it a reliable choice for general-purpose contour and straight cutting in a metal-cutting shop environment. It is not configured for contour cutting applications that require a narrower blade width.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or maintenance technician familiar with band saw blade tensioning and tracking procedures.
