The blade measures 10 feet 10 inches in length, 1 inch in width, and 0.035 inches in thickness. It runs a variable pitch of 4 to 6 TPI with a positive rake angle and raker tooth set, which distributes cutting load evenly and reduces vibration during the cut. The M42 high-speed steel tooth tips deliver extended edge life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This blade is installed by fabricators, maintenance machinists, and metalworking shops that operate horizontal or vertical band saws.
The 14654 is suited for production and job-shop environments where a range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal stock is cut regularly.
