At 11 feet 6 inches in length and 1 inch wide, it accommodates a wide range of mid-size vertical and horizontal bandsaws used in metal fabrication and mechanical contracting shops. The blade runs 0.035 inches thick with a variable pitch of 6 to 10 TPI, allowing it to transition smoothly through varying material cross-sections and reduce harmonic vibration during the cut. The high speed steel tooth construction and positive rake angle are suited for demanding production environments where blade life and cut quality both matter.
This blade is intended for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including structural steel, aluminum extrusions, copper, and similar shop stock.
