It measures from 0 to 6 inches with a resolution of 0.0005 inches and an accuracy of 0.0010 inches, making it suitable for close-tolerance work. The caliper body and jaws are both constructed from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. It carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is fully dust-tight and can withstand brief immersion in water, a critical feature in wet or coolant-heavy machining and plumbing environments. A data output port allows measurements to be sent directly to logging software or a compatible SPC system. Powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery, which is included.
