The STARRETT 12304 is a horizontal-style dial test indicator designed for precision dimensional measurement in machining, inspection, and quality control applications. The 1-1/4 inch diameter yellow dial uses a 0-100-0 bidirectional scale for easy positive and negative deviation reading. The satin chrome finish and narrow body make it suitable for tight-clearance setups on surface plates, CMMs, milling machines, and lathes. Installation is handled by machinists, toolmakers, and metrology technicians.
