The STAR WATER SYSTEMS SW07E1432 is a shallow well ejector assembly designed for use with convertible jet pump systems where the water source sits at lifts of 0 to 25 feet. Rated for 3/4 HP pump operation, this ejector bolts directly to the face of JH series convertible pumps and includes the ejector gasket and mounting bolts for a complete installation. The nozzle and venturi are constructed from Delrin, a noncorrosive acetal resin that resists degradation in potable water applications. Licensed plumbers and well pump technicians install this component as part of a convertible pump setup to shift the system from a deep well to shallow well configuration.
This ejector is used in residential well water systems where the static water level is within 25 feet of the pump. It is suited for applications where the convertible jet pump is installed above ground or in a pump house, drawing water from a shallow well or cistern. The JH series convertible pump platform is common in residential water supply systems, and this ejector provides the correct nozzle and venturi sizing for 3/4 HP operation at the rated lift range. Installers working on new construction or replacing a worn ejector body will find this assembly a direct bolt-on fit for that pump family.
Designed for use with JH series convertible jet pumps rated at 3/4 HP, configured for shallow well operation with a water lift of 0 to 25 feet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified well pump technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Shut off all power to the pump and relieve system pressure before removing or installing the ejector assembly. Use the included gasket and bolts to secure the ejector to the pump face; do not reuse a compressed or damaged gasket. Verify that the ejector rating matches the pump horsepower and the actual static water lift before returning the system to service.
