The STAR WATER SYSTEMS 127197A is a pump control box designed for 3-wire, 230-volt submersible well pump installations. It houses the starting and running capacitors along with the relay components needed to operate a single-phase submersible motor. The quick disconnect design features a snap-out cover that allows all electrical components to remain above ground, making routine inspection and component replacement faster and more straightforward. Compatible with 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP, and 1 HP motors in quick disconnect configuration, and 1-1/2 HP in standard disconnect configuration. Licensed well pump contractors and electricians are the typical installers for this type of control equipment.
